Proquest have issued the following notice:

To maintain the currency and security of ProQuest ebook platforms, EBL, Ebook Central, and LibCentral will be unavailable for approximately three hours beginning Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 7am-10am.

This is outside of library open hours but will affect students/staff using EBL, Ebrary or Academic Complete e-books we subscribe to.
