As PeopleSoft is currently being upgraded, I thought useful to provide an update on how your information is held.

HR use PeopleSoft to hold a variety of personal information, including

• contact information,
• qualification info (but only if a requirement of the role) and
• date of birth (your managers can only see your day/month and not year of birth).

The latter is held because of pay legislative requirements relating to among other areas, superannuation and minimum wage.

If you joined UC in the last couple of years, you would have completed an Employee Personal Data form.  This explains how any data held by UC which relates to you will be used.
