We have received multiple reports from people having trouble getting to Wiley online journal articles and books.  They are getting a “We’re sorry, there’s been an error resolving this DOI. Please try again later” error message.  This applies to links via Multisearch and via the library catalogue as both are using the DOI version of Wiley links.  If you go to the Wiley online database and search for articles/books there you can still get to resources.

The browser address bar URL from the Wiley database can be sent to people who need access to articles – however  you should access Wiley via http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com then put the url through the stable linkmaker to add our ezproxy string.  Contact e-services if you unsure of what link to send.

We will report the issue to Wiley and hopefully get a resolution soon.
