Horizon issues – close and re-open your Horizon session

We seem to have just had a wee Horizon network glitch – that stopped a couple of fine payments going through and some people have had error messages in Horizon.

We recommend closing and re-starting your Horizon session.  If you are still having problems with Horizon please email e-services and send screenshots of error messages etc.
