2 people have expressed interest in being part of a Week of the Geek type event in term one next year in response to my post a couple of weeks ago. That isn’t really sufficient for us to proceed, so I’m wondering is it that you don’t have time to be part of a team, that you think the events didn’t achieve their objectives this year, there are better, more interesting teams to be on, that we should try something else or what? Comments welcome please…

Thanks very much to everyone who popped by or contacted me about this project. As I thought, you were all thoughtfully considering time allocation and the best ways to support your colleagues at a very busy time of year. For 2018, we will partner with Student Success to attempt to spread this workload and allow us to still deliver quality across all aspects of our service.
Brian Mc and Swee Hoon and I will represent the Library in the meantime, but there will still be plenty of room for others to contribute to each separate activity.
