Kia ora kou tou

A reminder for people adding staff development sessions to LibCal.  Please make sure you put any sessions aimed at library staff or other staff/people external to UC  in the Staff Development calendar (admin link https://canterbury.libcal.com/calendar_admin.php?cal_id=1617) rather than the Library Workshops calendar.  The Library Workshops calendar is specifically for our library information literacy workshops and has been set up for this purpose.  It displays on the Library Workshops home page and is visible to students and members of the public.

Even though it is referred to as “internal” in LibCal the Staff Development calendar is not restricted in any way and people who have been sent a link to either the calendar or a specific event (e.g. via Counterculture/Intercom/email) can book/register just fine.

NB: Once an event has been added to a calendar it can’t be moved to another (only deleted and added as new event).
