2018 PD+R process

What is it?

  • A new way to look at the PD&R process born of a FedEx (brainstorming) day
  • A fresh ‘bottom up’ approach that is individual focussed and matches the approach for a desirable ‘blue’ culture
  • A modular and flexible approach with some minimum requirements
  • Conversation formats and topics are agreed on by both manager and staff
