ITS have pushed out a large number of windows updates. These will likely slow your machine down and force a restart on Monday unless you install them earlier. You can do this via the Updates section of the Software Center

A large number of outstanding updates were released to all Windows 7 SOE & Windows 10 SOE PCs. If these have not already been installed, installation will be forced at 11pm this Friday 26th January.

In order to ensure Windows computers patch smoothly, we are recommending staff start installing updates and log out of their computers when they finish work for the week. If a computer is off or in sleep mode overnight, updates will be installed the next time the computer is powered on. A restart will be enforced during the update process.
