Records management are cleaning up our old SharePoint 2010 site and moving files on this across to SharePoint 2013. Some material no longer required will be archived and some will be deleted as it is already on SharePoint 2013. This morning they will be moving our Library Administration Shared documents from 2010 to 2013. Apologies for the late notice on this – there was a window of opportunity for them to do this today and so we grabbed it.
Affected documents include:
- Leave calendar
- Forms and templates folder (working documents for the LR and UL reports)
- Library managers meeting minutes
- Planning documents up until 2017
- CAUL statistics
I will add a comment/update later today when Records have completed this piece of work.

Further to my messages this morning, the Admin-Shared documents folder on SP 2010 has now moved to the new SP 2013 location.
The leave calendars link has been updated. You may have personal/bookmarked links to these which you’ll need to change.
Please check your access and report any problems – a few permissions problems have appeared with this change for some folk
