LexisNexisNZ has been replaced by Lexis Advance.

This is one of our two big New Zealand legal databases with cases, legislation, commentary and journal articles.

A massive change is that students will need to individually log-in the first time they use the platform. At present they need to log-in with the following format:

usernameandnumber@canterbury.ac.nz [i.e. tal38@canterbury.ac.nz]

normal password

eServices, IT, Peter H, Sara and I have been working behind the scenes for months to get this ready in time for Semester One.

We have updated the Laws Subject Guide and over the next couple of days we (with the amazing assistance of eServices and Peter H) will be updating the catalogue links, webpages and ALL our teaching materials.
