With recent staffing changes in the LAC team, we thought timely to do a reminder about our generic support email addresses.  The staffing changes include Peter H reducing his hours to 0.8FTE plus staff involved in project work, which in turn has workload implications for a number of our team.  By using our generic email addresses for enquiries, you help us to manage incoming tasks.  These mailboxes help us with workload balancing and to make sure there is visibility of the progress with your query.

Library Access and Collections (Acquisitions and Discovery)
(There’s also the addresses acquisitions@libr and discovery@libr which are the same as the generic LAC address)
Library Interloans (Interloans and Document Delivery)
Library eServices (eServices support queries)

In practice it doesn’t matter too much which one you send it to as there is often crossover and more than one team/person has access to the email accounts.  So – for example – don’t agonize if you’re not sure if your request is more Acquisitions rather than Interloans or Document Supply.  We work with each other to manage these requests.
