DPI tip for April 2018

3 tips for using your computer mouse to prevent arm, wrist or shoulder pain.

  1. Gripping your mouse – Hold your mouse lightly with a relaxed grip – there is no need to hold on tight as this tenses your muscles, which can cause DPI. The mouse should glide gently.
  2. Keep your mouse as close as possbile to your keyboard – your arm should be close to your body and not outstretched.
  3. When moving your mouse- keep your wrist straight, don’t twist or bend your wrist.
