3 tips for using your computer mouse to prevent arm, wrist or shoulder pain.
- Gripping your mouse – Hold your mouse lightly with a relaxed grip – there is no need to hold on tight as this tenses your muscles, which can cause DPI. The mouse should glide gently.
- Keep your mouse as close as possbile to your keyboard – your arm should be close to your body and not outstretched.
- When moving your mouse- keep your wrist straight, don’t twist or bend your wrist.
