Hope you don’t mind me asking for ideas on this… My 4yr old has a dress up day at playgroup this Wednesday and she has to dress up as what her father does for a job.. Any ideas for something creative that avoids the usual stereotypes most welcome!! Thanks in advance…!
Well I guess you could duct tape a pair of scissors to each hand like Edward Scissorhands and she could go as daddy implementing purchasing and subscription cuts
Dress her up as a bar graph and she could go as a statistic?
Paint her blue and send her off as Organizational Culture Smurf.
Conan The Librarian! Don’t you know the dewey decimal system. Just saying!
Most 4yr olds I know are simplistic and don’t understand more than basic stereotypes… You also have a short deadline. Get a super hero cape and mask (K-mart have them cheap) and add whatever words you want to sum up your job. ‘Resource Hero’, ‘Libraries for Life’ etc. Jack may have suggestions too!
Can you just make a groovy costume out of Excel spreadsheet printouts Tim 🙂
Can Dave L find you a kids size ‘make libraries great again’ t-shirt?
