I am leading a project to look at our File Management systems and structures as part of the Library’s planning in preparation for a move to SharePoint 2013 (Operational Plan KRA 7.5 “Move internal documentation to SharePoint”) in the future.

Helen is the project sponsor

The project team (Caroline A, Richard, Elizabeth and me) is very aware of the number of places we store our working files and documents. We will be undertaking an environment scan over the next six weeks to identify the ways each team is using each of the 10(!) places we’ve identified.

The project team is keen to hear about what is working well but what problems with the current system have an impact on your work. We will be in touch!
