We are currently experiencing problems with opening/saving files on all network drives (possibly also affecting Outlook mailbox loading). We think this is probably related to a fault with the SONAS file storage system IT identified yesterday and were meant to be getting fixed today. An assyst job has been logged but no information has come out yet.
Best to avoid logging off or trying to save files if you can.
