The topic for the next culture session on Thursday 19 July 2pm-3pm at DOVEDALE – Wheki 204 is “Extroverts – how to thrive in a world of reflective thinkers”. This topic aligns with OCI/OEI Constructive Style – ‘Humanistic Encouraging’. The first half of the session will be a discussion to understand your dominant personality type. The second half will be a workshop exploring the effect of personality types in our work teams.  

Some feedback from the last session “I thoroughly enjoyed the session, and it was good to think about why I like to engage and work the way I do. By recognising that this is my preference, but still only one way, I believe it allows me to better be able to reflect on my actions and adjust to accommodate others”.
