Further to my 12/9 post:

Following discussions with Business and Finance we can now confirm that SIRCA will be cancelled.  Our subscription to SNL will be upgraded to include the FIG data set and we will begin a subscription to IBIS World.  We are just completing checks on some finer details like the IBIS licence and expect to implement these changes shortly.
