The LibraryH3lp link to reset your password is currently broken – it doesn’t recognise any valid usernames or email addresses.

Their support team have identified the problem and will be fixing it over the weekend. In the meantime, if you’ve forgotten your password and need to log into AskLive, please contact Library eServices and we’ll be able to reset your password via the admin tools.
