Library web server being secured this morning.

At around 9.30-10am today we are expecting ITS to secure our library web server, meaning all remaining insecure pages will move from http to https. There may be a period where there are problems with some content, and we’ll be working to fix any issues. If you find problems with any links, please report them to library eServices.

Please note that most library web content will not be affected by this change – it will only affect pages with a library.canterbury.ac.nz address (not https://www.canterbury.ac.nz/library/ content). Pages that may be affected include:

  • A-Z database pages (and other biblioplus pages, including those used in Subject Guides)
  • Exam papers
  • Room bookings
  • Horizon reports on Camelot

  1. We’re having a few problems with Horizon reports, exam papers and a few other things. Please bear with us while we troubleshoot the problem (it shouldn’t be too long!).
