I have just got my Masters results and want to give a big shout out THANK YOU to the library staff for all your support of my bizarre enquiries, last year especially. Your dedication to be there, especially in the evenings/weekends, answer promptly, assist me find references when I mislaid the source was OUTSTANDING. Please ensure all librarians are THANKED from me, whatever their roles in the library. Thank you all. You too are part of getting the A+ in my view.
You make a difference to me and MANY students, far beyond the obvious. Simply knowing that as a distance student, lost, frustrated, isolated.. and that you were there was HUGE. Somehow you cared, mighty work you all did. Thank you.  Please keep doing what you are doing with supporting students (and staff). It matters.
