Kia ora koutou,

As student numbers increase and teaching spaces become more scarce, we have experienced an increasing number of people from outside the Library wanting to book The Den.  We would like to accommodate these requests, as long as we retain the room for our own teaching when we need it.

If you have a request from someone outside the Library wishing to book the Den, could you please ask them to send an email with the details of their request to libraryteaching@canterbury.ac.nz.  I will monitor the requests and make the bookings if the room is free.

And just a general reminder, if you have booked the Den and no longer need the booking, please cancel it in the system.
