We enjoy our hot summer days and sometimes the heat can be a bit too much.

Here are a few tips to stay cool at your workplace:

1. Stay hydrated
2. Rinse your wrists with cold water for 30 seconds
3. Wear light-coloured, loose and thin fabrics (breathable material like cotton and linen)
4. Eat light meals and frozen snacks
5. Keep electronic devices away from your body

These tips may provoke your thoughts:
1. Drink coconut water
2. Eat spicy food
3. Activate your pressure points
4. Avoid caffeine
5. Cover up
