Springshare are moving our LibApps applications to a new server on Tuesday 12th February, starting at 1pm. This will involve an outage of at least 15 minutes.
Our LibApps include:
- LibGuides – aka subject guides,
- LibCal – aka library workshop, appointment booking buttons and library hours page
The outage will affect the library workshops page, appointment booking buttons and the library hours page and hours bits on various library webpages. The admin area of LibGuides will also be unavailable so guides won’t be able to be worked on/updated (guides themselves will still be viewable and work ok, barring the appointment booking buttons in subject librarian profiles).
The workshops page and LibGuides admin should be back up by 1:30 but appointment booking buttons and the library hours page on our website may be down for around 2 hours as we’ll need to update all the code behind them after the move is complete.
We will post an update once everything is completed, or if there is a delay for any reason.
If someone is wanting to make an appointment with a subject librarian during the outage you can try the booking page link from the list below – these should work throughout and after the move.
