We have just received (4pm 20th March) this notification:

We want to make you aware that 21st March 2019 morning at 8am, there will be scheduled down time for approximately 10 minutes for WordPress blogs.

We will be upgrading the WordPress to 5.1.1

So this means Intercom, Counterculture and other UC  blogs will be affected.
