On the morning of Tuesday 9th April we expect to do an Horizon upgrade. The main purpose of the upgrade is to fix the problem that causes Horizon to freeze regularly. However, the upgrade does also offer the option of automatic renewals.
I’ll provide more information later – but we will try to minimize the downtime. All going well, the SelfCheck machines should be working before the Library opens, but staff access to Horizon may be delayed a little – we just have some checks to do first.
