DPI tip for April 2019

Micropauses are when you relax your posture for a few seconds regularly throughout your day and also take a few deep breaths.

Micropauses are beneficial to reduce muscle tension (the major cause of most DPI symptoms) and allow blood flow back into tense muscles.
