Further to our post on 11 March, we are organising a couple of drop-in sessions on Monday 6th May (11am-12pm) and Friday 10th May (2pm-3pm) in the Den which will include:
- Overview of the pros and cons of different storage locations
- Good filenaming practice
- How to insert a filepath in the footer in a Word document
- Where to put your Bob/PD+R documents
- How to use Dropbag
- How to access and use My Sites
Are there any other file management topics we should cover? Please send us any ideas before the sessions. The format of the session will be informal in nature but we will send a timetable nearer the time of what topics will be covered when during the session so folk are free to come and go depending on your interest area(s).
