Alexander Street have recently updated their software and hosting platforms. This software does not work with older versions of the Edge and Firefox browsers. Most of our borrowers should be fine on their home computers in this day of automatic updates, but on-campus we are running older versions. Use Chrome if using these two videos.

Alexander Street have had complaints from us and University of Queensland that I know of – and I suspect there will have been plenty from North American Libraries as well. Hopefully they’ll tweak the software to support slightly older browsers but no word on that yet.
