“We have now completed migration of all subscribing schools and institutions to ETV V.5. Because signing in via V.4 is causing a range of login problems, we are closing down login access to and via V.4 by 20 September 2019.

Could you please download your final Viewing and Download reports from Admin – Reports in V.4 before that date?  If you have any difficulty with this, please contact us – [eTV are] happy to help.

Access to embed codes in V.4 will continue until February next year, by which time these will need to have been replaced with embed codes from V.5.”
