Starting on Monday 9th Sept we will be running a Library Engagement Survey for 28 days until 6th Oct. This will be located in all 3 libraries on catalogue computers or IPads by the information desks.

The aim of the survey is to gather information from users to make sure that we  –

• Offer timely, appropriate support and effective information at the point of need.
• To allow the University of Canterbury Library’s performance to be measured and monitored over time.
• To provide users with the opportunity to communicate openly and honestly with the Library.

We have a goal of trying to get at least 1,500 people to fill this in, so around 53 people a day! Please encourage our users to do this, it is quick and easy and only takes about 5 minutes.
