the Makerspace (Level 2 PJH room 214) will be opening on Monday afternoon at 2pm. At the moment the communications around this have been print based, as I have not completed the web page so that it can be linked to! I’d really like to thank the marketing team for all the work they’ve done so far.

In the K drive at K:\LIBR-Library\Projects\Makerspace\2019-Makerspace\Roster-September.xlsx there is a roster for people who will staff the Makerspace and help people who come with their projects etc. A number of you said you might be keen to do an hour and if so, I’d appreciate it if you could sign up 🙂 For the first couple of weeks I’d ideally like 2 staff so that we build each other’s confident with the materials and kit on hand.

Also, I’ll be in the Makerspace for the next 30 minutes if anyone wanted to pop in for a look on your way home.
