An event is:

“Any accident, incident, near miss, injury, illness, harm, notifiable event, mishap, or a feeling of pain and discomfort that occurs in a place of work involving a worker, visitor, student, contractor, volunteer, or person undertaking work experience.”

Events are reported in RMSS.
