A group of LAC and LT+R staff has been reviewing the firm order acquisitions standard operating procedure to a) check that our processes are still fit for purpose and b) to consider any opportunities for efficiency gains.  My thanks to John, Dave L, Wendy W, Sara and Simon for their involvement in this work.
