The library survey for 2019 is well under way. The survey opened on Monday 9th of September and closes on the 6th of October.

The objectives of the survey is to further understand how we can offer timely, appropriate support and effective information at the point of need and to provide users with the opportunity to communicate openly and honestly with the Library.

We are asking that if staff would like to see the questions that you see Rā, Swee Hoon, Glenna, Rebecca or myself. We would be happy to show you the questions. This survey is intended predominantly for students to give us feedback and library staff responses may skew our results.

So far we have had 208 responses. Respondents have been very positive and expressed that they felt supported and that their needs were met be library staff.
