Kia ora koutou,

thank you very much to everyone who contributed to Ngā Puna Mātauraka celebration of Te Wiki o Te Reo last week. It was good to see people energised by the activities and exercising their reo in all sorts of ways.

A special thanks goes to the organising group – Lisa, Gabrielle, Fiona T, Nekerangi, Caroline A and Sue T for quickly bringing together the Library’s offerings and for liaising with Office of the AVC Māori.

Hei whakamahara noa i a koutou that we should keep using our reo and extending it further. I’m challenging myself to use more phrases and sentences, not just isolated words!
