Library managers are progressively going through our SOPs and most recently there has been a review of our Donations SOP.  This has now been updated and is available here: K:\LIBR-Library\Management\Procedures-Workflow\SOPs/Donations-August-2019.docx.

There is also a web page which we’ve reinstated under “Contact Us” called “Donating material to the Library” to help in situations such as where donors present at front desks asking about our process for donating material. I ask donors to read this web page and to fill in this form to bring in with their donation, or to ring us up and discuss first if the size of the donation would be significant.
