Kia ora koutou,

there have been a few areas of concern coming up around the tearoom e.g. cleanliness, plants, what work falls to whom, security etc. so I’m inviting anyone interested to join a problem solving circle about this. Please let me know by the end of Wednesday 2nd Oct and I will set up a time for us to meet. This will be a circle that includes members from the Finance team as well as Library staff members. It would be good to have at least one member of the Health and Safety team.

I’m looking forward to us identifying all the issues in the current situation then moving into suggestions for what can best be done about them. I’d expect 3 meetings over the next few weeks.
