Bit late posting this sorry.
On Tuesday i threw together a wiki page with a suggestion about how to move your LibCal appointments from physical locations to the new Zoom (Online) location – https://wiki.canterbury.ac.nz/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=84412719

It’s meant as a guide only – I’m guessing most of you Appointments users have already switched over or come up with other ways to reflect to users that all appointments are now virtual.

If anyone wants to go through the process on the wiki page but finds Availability settings in LibCal daunting I am happy to help or to do the switch over for you.

We can look at changing the location name if you aren’t always using Zoom for your appointments.
