All of the Health and Safety documents are now residing on Sharepoint rather than the K:drive.  They are in two places:

1. Health and Safety representatives meeting documents here https://ucshare.canterbury.ac.nz/management/dep/dep002/Papers/Forms/HealthSafety.aspx
2. All other Health and Safety documents here https://ucshare.canterbury.ac.nz/management/dep/dep002/SharePoint%20HealthSafety/Forms/AllItems.aspx

The easiest way to find them in the future is to bookmark the above links in your browser.

I have archived a lot of documents in this process, and they are here: K:\LIBR-Library\Health-Safety-now-on-Sharepoint\Archive

If you see anything in the archive you think should be still on the ‘live’ site, please let me know and I will shift it across.
