You may already know this but Echo 360 seems not to work when using the Safari browser. I had a frustrated student on Asklive this morning wondering why Echo 360 would not work and it turned out that changing to Chrome was the answer.

Thanks, Tim. Sometimes it works with Safari depending on the version. The same thing can happen with Edge. It usually works with Chrome or Firefox.
