Do you know how many libraries still use it outside of NZ? Is it just a handful?

A reasonable number in the US, although they are mainly public libraries – enough that SirsiDynix keeps supporting Horizon because they don’t want to lose them as customers. In Australia still a few small and public libraries, plus James Cook University and Notre Dame University.
