Thank you to those who came to the introductory talk on 3D printing in the Te Rua makerspace yesterday. We would like to run the session again this Thursday at 2 pm, so feel free to come along again or if you couldn’t make it last time.
If you have got a model that you would like to print, please bring it along as a .STL file on a USB or on your device and we will see what we can do.
Also, we will be looking at how to take a drawing on gridded paper and translate it into a 3-D model using Tinkercad. Bring a device if you’d like help to get started with this.
What to bring: BYOD device (laptop, smartphone or tablet)
Where: Te Rua Makerspace, level 2, PJH Library
When: Thursday 18 June 2pm
Nga mihi,
Andy Johnson
