Below is a summary of the changes to Cengage eTextbook on ProQuest Ebook Central:

1. Cengage will be adjusting the digital rights management (DRM) on new purchases available via ProQuest, to remove printing, copying, and PDF chapter-level downloading
2. These changes will apply only to new purchases and will not impact libraries’ previous purchases
3. Full title downloading to Adobe Digital Editions will remain available
4. Adding a 1U license for libraries seeking an alternative to the 3U license or an entry-level price point

 These changes are starting from next Monday (7^th September).
