Issues with Chrome today – now resolved

If you’ve had problems opening Chrome browser from your UC computer today or had it open in incognito mode only – IT have just rolled out a fix.  To access Chrome again properly close your session if you have one open and re-launch it and it should open in normal mode again.

  1. If you had Chrome pinned to taskbar or shortcut on desktop you’ll likely need to remove it and re-set it up from the Windows Start menu. If you usually sign in to Chrome with your Google Account you’ll need to sign in again and now it will create a Chrome profile for your account.
