I wanted to share that John and I (with help from a 2020/21 Law Student Research Assistant) have created a new Disaster Law Subject Guide to support the teaching and research of disaster law here at UC.

This has been a big piece of work  to identify material which:

1. curates content that will support UC research such as identifying all Acts and Secondary Legislation passed in the aftermath of the Canterbury and Kaikoura earthquakes. As far as I am aware this material has not been collated in any other location

and

2. provides links to online resources to support disaster law legal research.

We will continue to add content to the Subject Guide and welcome any and all feedback on this!
