I am pleased to share that Ryan Dooley has been appointed to the the position of Kaiāwhina |Assistant Librarian (Learning), fixed term until 27 May 2022.

Ryan comes with experience as a designer and creator in his previous roles, as well as a passion for Te Rua Makerspace.

He has already been engaged in supporting this space during his time as a Library Assistant, and has contributed with his background in Zines and design skills to upskill our current staff and patrons, and vary the offerings Te Rua provides.

His experience and background will help grow Te Rua into 2022.

Ryan’s starting date is Today (31st January)
