A number of staff are receiving spam emails reportedly from me requesting various things such as “completing an errand discreetly”.  Please do not respond to these emails.

First check the email address.   Delete the email if it is not from anne.scott@canterbury.ac.nz.

If you have any concerns about an email from me asking you to do something out of the ordinary, check with me or your manager first before responding.
