Tēnā koutou katoa,
Please enjoy the marketing team’s April-May highlights!
UChess in the library
The library will welcome UCSA affiliated club ‘UChess’ into the library in the coming weeks. UChess will be using part of the nook behind Te Rua makerspace to facilitate drop-in chess sessions on Monday afternoons between 2-6pm for the next few months. This is a great opportunity and will hopefully lead to more positive engagement with the library.

‘Activating’ the Te Rua Makerspace
New floor stickers with a “cosy crafting” theme were installed for the winter months, and the Term 2 schedule is now live. Te Rua staff have been busy ‘activating’ the space and adding signage for each department e.g., badgemaking, vinyl printing, 3D printing etc.
