Kia ora koutou

Last week a borrower reported receiving multiple copies of a recall txt from the library.   We checked our end and we only generated one text message so this is likely on the etxt server or Spark/2Degrees end.

We suspect this is likely the same issue that causes multiple copies of the remote access text code from time to time as they use the same system to send out messages.
We have reported it to Digital Services but the person who looks after the etxt server is on leave until next week.
