There is a bug in Multisearch at the moment that brings up an “Email processing  error” message when users try to email saved search results/citation to themselves.   The email does not send.  The export citation option is still working.

The Multisearch vendors are aware of the issue and have pushed out a fix but we are still seeing the errors at this stage.
Up until recently the email function was working in Firefox browser but I got errors trying with that this evening so have logged a ticket with the vendors on our behalf.
